• All products listed are made-to-order or freshly packed upon confirmation of the customer’s order.
• Product availability is subject to change. In case of unavailability after purchase, you will be informed and fully refunded.
• Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly in packaging or appearance.

💸 3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.
• FreshnFits reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• Orders must be paid in full (unless Cash on Delivery is selected, where applicable).
• Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

🚚 4. Shipping & Delivery

• We aim to deliver products within the estimated delivery time, but delays may occur due to logistics, weather, or local conditions.
• Customers must ensure accurate shipping addresses. FreshnFits is not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect details.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and product type.

🔁 5. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our products, returns are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged, incorrect, or spoiled at delivery
• A request is raised within 24 hours of receipt with clear photo/video evidence
• Refunds will be initiated upon verification and processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

❌ 7. Order Cancellation

• You can cancel an order within 2 hour of placing it if it hasn’t been processed.
• Once an order is packed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

FreshnFits reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or fraud risk.

⚖️ 8. Limitation of Liability

FreshnFits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or site access.

Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the value of the order placed.
