📦 1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed and packed fresh after payment confirmation.
- Processing may take 1–3 business days, depending on product type and vendor location.
You will receive an email/SMS notification once your order is shipped.
Note: Some wellness items (like ghee or oil) may take slightly longer due to fresh batch preparation.
🗺️ 2. Delivery Areas
- We deliver across India via trusted courier partners.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in select pin codes only.
- For remote or rural locations, delivery timelines may vary.
⏱️ 3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro cities: 2–5 business days
- Tier 2/3 cities & towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote locations: 6–10 business days
Delivery time may vary due to weather, holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
💸 4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999
- Standard shipping charges apply for orders below ₹999 (shown during checkout)
- COD orders may include an additional handling fee
🛑 5. Delivery Issues
If your order is:
- Delayed: Contact us if not received within 10 days
- Damaged or tampered with: Refuse to accept and report immediately
- Marked “delivered” but not received: Let us know within 24 hours
We will investigate and support you with replacement or refund as needed.

To ensure freshness and faster service, your order may be delivered in multiple shipments if sourced from different vendors.
