Return & Refund Policy

As our products are primarily freshly prepared after order placement, we do not accept returns unless the item is:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Incorrect or wrongly delivered
  • Expired or spoiled upon delivery (within shelf life)

To be eligible for a return, you must:

  • Raise a request within 24 hours of receiving the product
  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue on email or WhatsApp
  • Keep the product unused and in its original packaging

Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund.

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable in the following scenarios:

  • Product unavailable after payment (we will notify and refund immediately)
  • Approved damage/spoilage claims
  • Prepaid order canceled before dispatch

Mode of Refund:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI, bank, wallet, etc.)

It may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/gateway.

🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene and freshness concerns, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Opened or partially used products
  • Taste or personal preference-based dissatisfaction
  • Delay in delivery due to force majeure (weather, strikes, courier delay, etc.)

📝 Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 2 hour of placing it (if it hasn’t been processed).

Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.

For COD orders, repeated cancellations may lead to account restrictions.
